Last night, I went to sleep at 4 in the morning. My alarm, Serge, went off at 6:30. Woke up with a headache and question, "why are we going there so early?"...
You guessed it, I was going to shoot a wedding. Serge and I took our Nikon camera's and "tried" to THINK of creative ideas for the wedding. These are the shots that I got with my Nikon D3000. Comment!

Portraits at the Hay Market
It was an early Friday morning, I got in my car, got my 16 ounce Mocha from Scooters, called up my hommie, and left a voicemail that screamed out loud "Roadtrip". I was on my way to Lincoln, Nebraska. Now, I know what you're thinking... what did you forget there?
Nothing. I didn't forget anything there. But my bestest friend is there, and for me to visit him, is like for anyone to go on vacation to Hawaii or something like that. Plus, one of my cousins was having a wedding on Saturday anyway.
When I got there, we did some fun and crazy things. I met some awesome people with whom I am friends now. But the most important thing that we did, was take pictures.
It was pretty busy, downtown at the "Hay Market". Dim lights, old buildings, trains, lots of people. It was a good opportunity to test the camera I was going to be using at the wedding, Nikon D3000. So here are some of the shots that I made. Enjoy.

The Journey Continues
If you've read my bio, then you know that right now, I'm back in Sioux Falls and more than ever, I'm ready to get on with my journey as a photographer. Even though I don't have my Nikon D80 anymore, I'll find other interesting ways to do the thing I love most. Photography.
I haven't been blogging for a while, so here's what has happened with me. Flew in on Tuesday night. Hung out with my childhood friends on Wednesday. Thursday, called one of my friends, Peter, who has a Canon EOS 40D with Tamron 18-70mm f/2.8, 90mm f/2.8, 50mm f/1.8 and 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3. Both, the camera and Tamron lenses, are one of the best things I've had to work with.
I took my model, Peter, also, the owner of the gear, and went to some random park, to test out the equipment and took some amazing shots. Atleast, I think their amazing. There are some in-between shots of coffee, keys, traffic, and so on, but, I hope you like them. Thanks for your support.
